  • We’ll schedule a meeting to discuss your project particulars. There’s no cost for this initial consultation.

(Optional) Market survey

  • We help you understand your competition and find your niche market. Either we can do a market survey for you, or help you do one for yourself. This can be a standalone service or part of a larger concept-to-design project.

Product requirements

  • Based on your goals, we’ll lay out the system level and end user requirements. An important and often overlooked step, this prevents having to create multiple iterations of a design because of ill-fitting components and failure for the design to achieve its purpose. We make sure to address that before we even start, which means you get your idea to market quicker.

Product development phase

  • Using Arduino and Raspberry Pi platforms in conjunction with 3D printing and quick turn machine shops, we can get you a working model of your concept without spending weeks in design and tens of thousands of dollars in capital to find out if your idea is really going to work.After we prove out the concept, then we can move to detail design and qualification testing.Once the design is complete, you can take advantage of our in-house production shop, which can take your product from PCB manufacturing and assembly, to mechanical assembly to final testing. That also means we can troubleshoot production issues for you during the process. (The facility is ISO 9001:2008 Certified and ITAR Registered.)
